After arriving in Vilnius, the family was escorted to the Esperanza Resort, a magnificent wooden lodge on the shores of a beautiful lake surrounded by acres of pine forests. The family began their journey through Lithuania on a hot-air balloon ride over the island castle of Trakai, which they later explored on foot.
They delved into the country's ancient past at the Archaeological and Historical Museum in the village of Kernave. On another day, they followed local tradition and hunted for mushrooms in Dzūkija National Park, the largest protected area in Lithuania, before learning about rural life on a visit to a small village.

From their lodge, the family was driven to Kaunas airport where they flew via private jet to Palanga, a beach resort on the Baltic Sea.
After checking into the Palanga SPA Luxury Hotel, they drove to the pier and boarded their yacht for a cruise to the famed Curonian Spit, which is home to the most impressive sand dunes in the Baltics. They also visited the Amber Museum and tried out traditional amber therapy before returning to their elegant hotel.

Over the next few days, the family visited the Venta waterfall, which is the largest on the continent; explored the Old Town of Kandava; climbed the Devil’s Stone and discovered the Robber’s Cave; walked the nature trail through Cuzi Bog, and sampled some of the local wine at the acclaimed Drubazas winery.

Riga, Latvia
The family returned to Riga, stopping on the way at the resort town of Jurmala, home to white-sand beaches, deep pine forests and beautiful wooden beach houses. Upon arrival in the Latvian capital, they checked into the splendid Gallery Park Hotel in the heart of the Old Town.
The following day, they left the city for Sigulda, an area of great scenic beauty dotted with medieval castles, sandstone outcrops, wild rivers, emerald-green lakes and natural springs. While there, they donned helmets and rocketed down a track in an Olympic bobsled. The family also spent some time exploring Gauja National Park, including a visit to the ruined castle of Cesis and a rafting trip along the Gauja River.

Muhu, Estonia
Next, the family boarded a helicopter for a private journey to remote Estonian island of Muhu. Upon arrival, they checked into their 15th-century manor home accommodations.
They spent the next few days relaxing and enjoying the unique ambiance of one of the world’s loveliest islands. They took guided walks through the ancient juniper forest, explore the winding roads and traditional hamlets of the island on bike, paddled the placid waters of Padaste Bay in a canoe and hauled in the nets with a local fisherman.
