Guest Services Manager

When you book an expedition with TCS World Travel, you are assigned a personal Guest Services Manager who will be your point of contact from then until departure. They will guide you through the process of preparing for your upcoming adventure.

Journey Physician

For additional peace of mind, you will travel with a dedicated trip physician, who will monitor guest health and accompany you throughout the journey.

Booking with Confidence

Our TCS Refund Promise means that if we cancel a trip for any reason, your money, which is protected in a dedicated escrow account, will be refunded in full.
