Our Luxury Custom Travel consultants can plan a luxury safari to please the whole family with stays at these retreats and amazing safari parks.

Kenya: Masai Mara

Masai Mara is a UNESCO World Heritage site and protects a wide variety of large and small animals. This includes more than 30 species of large herbivores and roughly 500 species of birds. During the year, more than a million wildebeest, gazelles and zebras, make a perilous journey across Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve, seeking out fresh grass and water. Along the way, they encounter lions, leopards, crocodiles and other carnivores on the hunt, resulting in a primal spectacle unlike any other. You and your family can visit Masai Mara and participate in a luxury safari on our Around the Tour where you’ll enjoy half-day or all-day luxury game drives. The savanna in this area is an ideal environment for the wide variety of wildlife that can be seen here—countless zebra, buffalo, lions, cheetahs, gazelle, wildebeest and other species make it their home.

Kenya: Mahali Mzuri

Mahali Mzuri—‘beautiful place’ in Swahili—is Sir Richard Branson’s Kenyan luxury safari camp. It is perfectly situated within the Olare Motorogi Conservancy, which is part of the famed Maasai Mara National Reserve. Due to its prime location within the conservancy, only children six years and up may stay at Mahali Mzuri, but your family will be treated to unparalleled wildlife viewing opportunities including twice-daily game drives and optional walking safaris. Unwind with your children in your family tent, which is fully-stocked with a TV, games, a DVD player and a video game console. Frolic in an infinity pool, or get acquainted with Maasai life through crafting, races and jumping contests.

South Africa: Sabi Sands

Sabi Sands Game Reserve, located right next to South Africa's Kruger National Park, offers a unique safari experience. There are fantastic game viewing possibilities, including of course The Big Five. There are no fences between Kruger National Park and Sabi Sands Game Reserve, so wildlife roams freely in a huge natural environment.

South Africa: Ulusaba

Travel to Ulusaba via Johannesburg on two privately chartered or two commercial flights we’ve arranged for you and your family. Ulusaba, Sir Richard Branson’s private safari game reserve, is located in South Africa’s world-renowned Sabi Sand Reserve. In between signature morning and afternoon game drives, which are limited to kids six years of age or older, you and your children can also enjoy a variety of immersive activities, such as treasure hunts, traditional South African games, junior ranger training, community visits and cooking classes.

South Africa: Mont Rochelle

Complete your stay in South Africa with a stay in the wine country. On arrival in Cape Town, you're met by your driver, who also assists you with customs, immigration and your luggage. Transfer to Mont Rochelle, a stunning 26-bedroom hotel and vineyard in Franschhoek, a charming town in the Cape Winelands, considered the food and wine capital of South Africa. Settle into the Manor House, your exclusive four-bedroom villa. Your children have their own room in the Manor House, expertly curated kid-friendly menus and access to a fully-stocked game console. Together, you can opt to play a variety of pool- and garden-side games, picnic on the grounds, monopolize the private game room, or plan horseback excursions and bike rides into town.
