Delicious meals and delightful hors d’oeuvres are created by a dedicated expedition chef. Taking advantage of the best and freshest local ingredients, the chef prepares dishes in local hotels or airport kitchens just before takeoff, and presents them onboard, in style, with a selection of wines. The chef follows strict food safety and handling measures, and works with travelers to accommodate a range of diets and allergies.

We are also accompanied by a dedicated expedition physician on the jet as well as during our explorations on land. The physician will be ready to provide and coordinate healthcare services, whenever and wherever they may be needed. 

Security & Safety

We have complete control over the security and safety of our aircraft and baggage, going above and beyond industry standards. The expedition staff and flight crew, including a dedicated engineer, is well-versed in the special baggage screening and tagging protocol we require to assure baggage and aircraft safety. Photo I.D. badges, tamper-evident seals, locks, and other items that are unique to our company work together to help ensure a secure and safe expedition.
